Current Champion

Makoto Oishi started his third reign as UWA World Middleweight Champion, defeating Men's Teioh on 11/3/08 in Tokyo to win the title. This championship is now in the hands of the Kaientai Dojo promotion of Japan and has had little connection to Mexico since the end of the UWA promotion.
