Current Champion
Shiori Asahi is the current UWA World Middleweight Champion, defeating former champion Kaji Tomato and Marines Mask II on 11/6/11 in Tokyo to win the title and start his second reign. This championship is in the hands of the Kaientai Dojo promotion of Japan (though it occasionally appears in DDT) and has had little connection to Mexico since the end of the UWA promotion.
