Current Champion
Kaji Tomato is the current UWA World Middleweight Champion, defeating Yasu Urano on 7/31/11 in Chiba to win the title. This championship is nominally in the hands of the Kaientai Dojo promotion of Japan (though occasionally appears in DDT) and has had little connection to Mexico since the end of the UWA promotion.
