NJPW novato with a background in judo. He debuted in CMLL as the masked rudo Namajague in early 2012, billed as an old friend of ally Okumura. The name Namajague is a translation of なまはげ (Namahage), a Japanese folk demon. His previously identity has not been revealed, but Mikami was mentioned as injured in NJPW just prior to Namajague debuted, never returned and is widely assume to be the man under the mask.

Namajague formed teamed Fiebre Amarilla with Okumura and teams with other NJPW wrestlers when they come to Mexico.

In 2014, Mikami returned to Japan as the masked Mexican El Desperado, wrestling on the 2014 series of FantasticaMania shows.
