Current Champions
Hector Garza and Mistico, in their first match ever as a tag team, defeated three time champions Mephisto and Averno to win the titles in Arena Puebla on March 1, 2008.
History of Championship
25: Averno & Mephisto won a 16 team tournament to get a title shot and then defeated Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero to win the championship for the second time on February 1, 2008. Upon winning the belts, they were invited to join Los Perros del Mal. They eventually accepted, while Hector Garza left the group to protest their inclusion. Averno and Mephisto had no known title defenses during their short reign.
