Long time IWRG regular, on both the rudo and tecnico side. He's been around the promotion so long, he's teamed with and feuded with everyone who's worked there for any length of time, but his feuds/partnerships with Cerebro Negro, Mike Segura and El Hijo del Santo stand out. Currently part of Los Terribles Cerebros, a trio of inbetweeners who feud with rudos and tecnicos alike.

Dr. Cerebro has been considered one of the top indie wrestlers since the mid 2000s, without ever moving to one of the big two promotions. He's one of the luchadors most associated with IWRG, though in and out of the promotion over the years (usually over working for other promotions.)
