The title was introduced on January 1, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Having Rey Cobra as the inaugural champion.
Nítrox Boy became the second champion on July 24, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Nítrox lost the title (along with his mask) in the rematch against Rey Cobra.
