History of the Championship
The title was introduced on January 1, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Having Rey Cobra as the inaugural champion.
Nítrox Boy became the second champion on July 24, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Nítrox lost the title (along with his mask) in the rematch against Rey Cobra on August 7, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista.
During his second reign Rey Cobra had a successful title defense against Super Xolo. However he was stripped of the title on December 10, 2017 because he did not show up to defend the championship. On the same night there was a match to crown the new champion in which Centurión became the fourth and new champion defeating Tempestad Guerrera Jr.
Centurión's reign ended since he was repackaged as Musical Jr. on January 17, 2020. Under that persona he was introduced as a brand new wrestler. The title hasn't been mentioned in four years making it inactive.
