The EMW Women's Championship is a Women's Champion created in 2018 by Promociones EMW based out of Tijuana.

La Hiedra is the current champion. She won the championship on January 31, 2020 defeating Keyra and Miranda Alize in Tijuana, Baja California.

This championship was introduced on December 15, 2018 when a triple threat match was held to determine the first champion.
