The NWA Extreme Championship, officially known in Spanish as Campeonato Extremo NWA (often spelled as Xtremo), is a professional wrestling championship with the National Wrestling Alliance initials but not promoted by the actual National Wrestling Alliance.
Current Champion

Rey Cobra is the current champion. He defeated Rocker on September 17, 2017 at the Arena Nacionalista in Mexicali, Baja California.
History of Championship
The NWA Extreme Championship was brought to Mexico by Rocker in 2017. The championship was defended at Arena Nacionalista against Rey Cobra. In September 17, 2017 they had a Championship match. In which Rey Cobra became the new Champion.
