Valentynna Reis is the current champion, she won the vacant title on August 3, 2024 defeating Lady Lee, Julissa, Sexy Star II, Jade, Lady Pink, and Mazzerati in the Auditorio de Tijuana.
History of Championship

Tiffany became the first champion by defeating Sexy Dulce in the finals. On June 14, 2020 Dulce Kanela became the third champion, but there was controversy for having an exotico as a champion. Reina Dorada won the championship on June 3, 2022 defeating Dulce Kanela & Jessy Jackson in a triple threat match at Arena Naucalpan. When Faby Apache became the new champion there was controversy, because she left the ring extremely upset. A year later Apache joined to AAA again and therefore the title was vacant.
