Sarape con Tijera is a headscissors variant. The attacker usually is trapped on their opponents shoulders, but spins around to escape using a headscissors.
The [Serape http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serape] name is a reference to the Mexican shawl of the same name, hanging off the shoulder in a similar way to the luchador during this move.
