La Ola Negra

La Ola Negra (The Black Wave) is a name given to several groups in lucha history.

1990s CMLL

Active from 1992-1994, this Ola Negra consisted of:

• Negro Casas
• Mano Negra
• Black Magic

2020s CMLL

Active from 2021 to present, though Akuma and Espanto Jr. had been a regular team from as long ago as 2013:

• Akuma - original member, left in August 2024 to move up the card
• Espanto Jr.
• Dark Magic
• Raider - joined September 2024

Other groups

• Comando Negro, Magia Negra, and Guerrero Negro were collectively billed as La Ola Negra in IWRG in 2010.
• The AULL Ola Negra were Conde Bartock, Misterio, and Violento, with occasional substitute members on other indies.
