Saltillo area wrestler. Regular on Arena Obreros del Progreso and Arena Pavillón del Norte cards; he also make sporadic appearances on Monterrey indy shows. He made his wrestling debut under the ring name Voto Guerrero in Arena Pavillón del Norte. Soon later, he began to touring around Coahuila. During the tour, he failed a lance outside the ring and broke his Achilles' heel, fibula, and tibia. That injury remained him outside the wrestling by around 1 year and 8 months. When he returned from his injury, he took the ring name Tempestad, name proposed by his trainer Green Demon I.
Lost his mask on August 20, 2016 in the Arena Pavillón del Norte against Lince de Oro. A special stipulation to the mask match was loser must also retire from wrestling. Tempestad announced he would finish his bookings matches at the time to can put a final on his career. Months prior the mask match, he began to wrestle as Hijo de Kato Kung Lee in both Monterrey and Saltillo areas.
