Built the Estudios Churubusco, which is Mexico's oldest & largest movie studio, and created the first TV station in Mexico, Channel 2. He would later go on to become the president of Telesistemas Mexicanos which would later develop into Televisa.
Along with fellow promoter Jesus Hernández Garza, they are credited with bringing midget wrestling to Mexico in 1952. The mini's were usually teamed with fullsized "giants" of the time like Tonina Jackson & Medico Asesino in Australian-syle tag teams.
