Fallout
The show on the 20th was canceled. There was an original attempt to reschedule the show a week later for the 27th, but it also could not take place due to aftershocks. Shows were ultimately canceled for weeks.
The main event mask match was never made up, and simply never took place. The Dorado/Supremo mask match came together very late, not becoming official until the week prior, and was not an important feud to that point. EMLL may have just chosen the feud because this show in desperate need of something to place on this show, and never went back to it because the need was no longer there. Dorado lost his mask the following year to El Fantasma in his very next apuesta match, suggesting he was likely planned to lose this match had it occurred on schedule.
EMLL had been focusing more on a Rayo de Jalisco versus Cien Caras feud; Box Y Lucha 1703, weeks ahead of time, stated the Jalisco/Caras match would cost 5 million pesos while implying that was far more than EMLL management was willing to pay. The two would instead have their mask match five years later at the EMLL 57th Anniversario show.
The semimain event title match would take place in November in Toreo de Cuatro Caminos, where Solar defeated Cachorro Mendoza to win the title.
