History of the Championship
Adrenalina announced a four way elimination match to the determine the first ever mixed tag team champions of their promotion. The match took place on May 6, 2022 in Arena Coliseo Mexicali. Before the match took place, the promoter himself announced there were no physical belts due to time constrains, instead he presented two cups. The championship match became a tournament. Aira & Cuervo Infernal received two trophies. On June 25. 2022 they received the belts and were announced as the inaugural champions.
Princesa Hernández & Efekto were the second champions, they defeated Princesa Tirana & Mike Castillo, Miss Tiger & Guerrero Negro, and Malefica & Shamu Jr. on January 6, 2023 in Auditorio de Ciudad Morelos, Ciudad Morelos, Baja California.
The titles were declared vacant effective on April 20, 2024. Princesa Hernández & Efekto were the then champions. On April 20, 2024 they were announced to go in a title defense against La Tirana & Musical Jr. However, Musical Jr. missed and Tigre León Jr. dubbed as Tirana's tag team partner. Princesa Hernandez got injured during the match, however Efekto managed to defeat the challengers. Right after his victory he relinquished the titles arguing his tag team partner could not take part.
