Satania is the current Champion. She won the title on May 14, 2022 defeating Bengalee in Gym Micktlán, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City.

History of the Championship

The title was introduced on May 14, 2022. To determine the inaugural champion there was a match between Satania against Bengalee who have an ongoing feud.
