Born in Morelia Michoacan, he moved to Mexico City when he was 15 years old. He worked as shoemaker; he became a lucha libre fan. He was neighbor of the famous Garcia Dynasty. He met Arturo Garcia, Rudy Garcia, Huracan Ramirez, Matematico, Johnny Garcia, and Dr. Zeta. Matematico became his trainer. One of the many wrestlers who portrayed Dr. Karonte II.
