Current Champions
Cerebro Negro, Dr. Cerebro, and Mike Segura are the current champions, winning the titles on February 15, 2007 from El Hijo del Diablo, El Veneno and Fantasma de la Opera.
History of Championship
Scorpio Jr., El Veneno, Cerebro Negro held the belts when they were members of La Corporacion. Soon after winning the belts, Scorpio Jr. left for AAA, leaving the belts in limbo for some time. The belts were mentioned as vacant immediately prior to the decision match for the new championship.
Even putting aside Scorpio Jr.'s departure, Cerebro Negro broke with Veneno, and both led teams to determine the new champion. Veneno, with rudos El Hijo del Diablo and Fantasma de la Opera won the titles, but the team they beat, Cerebro Negro, Dr. Cerebro and Mike 'Suicida' Segura took the titles in the first attempted title defense.
