The Baja California Middleweight Championship is a state title, regulated by Baja California. It is currently in Mexicali. All wrestlers in the middleweight class are eligible for the championship, and the title may only be defended in Baja California.

Patán is the current champion, he defeated Fray Diablo Jr. on December 17, 2023 at Arena Coliseo Mexicali, Mexicali, Baja California.
