Tijuana based luchador tecnico seen mostly in events in Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate, Ensenada, and Bahía Asunción, Baja California Sur. His ring name was inspired by his fondness for the mythological creature, Seiya from the Saint Seiya series who his favorite character, and his favorite wrestler Ultimo Dragon.
