Top wrestler from the 1950's.
His son Daniel (the only Mexican Olympic wrestling medalist), honors his father's legacy every year since 2009 by awarding the top wrestler a trophy called the Copa Bobby Bonales. (Blue Panther was awarded the first, Negro Casas the second).
Was one of the legends honored at CMLL Homenaje A Dos Leyendas 2012.
