The NGX Extreme Championship is a professional wrestling hardcore championship promoted by Nueva Generacion Xtrema (NGX) in Monterrey. It was established in 2005.
Current Champion
Currently the championship is vacant. Former champion Pagano vacated the title on December 1, 2018 in Monterrey.
History of Championship
The title was established on October 8, 2005 during the 2005 NGX King of Deathmatch. Kaientai became the first champion by defeating Joe Lider in the finals of the tournament. The title remained inactive after May 31, 2008 when second champion Extreme Tiger did his last defense over Insane and Kaientai before he began to compete for AAA. On November 10, 2012 during a NGX event, the NGX's promoter Humberto Arellanes announced the card to NGX 10th Anniversary Show.
