The NWA Extreme Championship, officially known in Spanish as Campeonato Extremo NWA (often spelled as Xtremo), is a professional wrestling championship promoted by a branch of National Wrestling Alliance.
Current Champion
Rey Cobra is the current champion. He defeated Rocker on September 17, 2073 at the Arena Nacionalista in Mexicali, Baja California.
