Current Champion
Súper Nova is the current champion. He defeated Operativo 209 on May 17, 2013 in El Dos de Oro Night Club of Yakima, Washington.
History of Championship
After the UWA fell apart, the championship eventually ended up in Japan, and as part of the J-Crown Octuple Championship. After that championship was broken apart, the championship drifted to Michinoku Pro Wrestling in Japan.
