The Baja California Middleweight Championship is a state title, regulated by Baja California. It is currently in Mexicali. All wrestlers in the middleweight class are eligible for the championship, and the title may only be defended in Baja California.
Current Champion
Fray Diablo Jr. is the current champion, he defeated Próximo on September 8, 2023 at Arena Nacionalista, Mexicali, Baja California.
