This championship represents Robles Promotions. Baronessa was the first champion. She won the championship on June 27, 2021 by defeating La Comandante 502 in the finals of an eliminaron match where Hija del Zombie, Estrellita, Reina del Sur, Kik Balam, & Perla Negra in Arena Guatemala Mexico, Guatemala. Her reign lasted until April 28, 2023.
