Zafiro is the current champion, she won the title on March 19, 2023 defeating Jarochita, Stephanie Vaquer & Fuerza Divina in Houston, Texas, United States.

The title was introduced on March 19, 2023. To determine the inaugural champion there was a four way match in which Zafiro, Jarochita, Stephanie Vaquer & Hian were announced. The tournament was subject to change, Fuerza Divina took Hian's place.
