Tierra Caliente is a Mexicali-based lucha libre promotion owned by Joan Lara and Oziel.

History

Spartan Promotions left the building of Arena Sparta to host its own lucha libre events. Originally founded by Joan Lara, Jaime Garcia, and Oziel.
