Bio
Trained in the first Lucha Libre School in Seattle by Peligro, the founder of that school and promoter of Lucha Libre Volcanica (LLV).
La Avispa joined while she was attending university. In her freshman year of university Avispa joined a circus club where she met the luchador Ave Fenix who saw Avispa's progress. In December 2011, he invited her to try lucha libre training. She was the first and only female wrestler training lucha libre. She became the first luchadora in the Northwest of the United States.
Her debut match was on March 9, 2013 at Puget Sound University. She became Taco Libre Smackdown Champion on May 4, 2015.
Avispa also began wrestling in Canada. In August 2016 she traveled to Mexico and faced Sexy Violeta. She then received the opportunity to be trained by CMLL trainer Tony Salazar.
On April 29, 2017, at the LLV Noche de Reyes event, La Avispa became the first ever Lucha Libre Volcánica Lightweight Champion in a triple threat match against Bat Boy and Sonico United States.
Avispa then challenged Ave Fenix for the LLV Grand Championship. She won the title becoming the first female champion.
Early in 2018 she participated in a tryout with The Crash. Daga and Fénix were the trainers. In May, she decided to move to Mexico and train again with CMLL. Her maestros recommended her to the bookers of CMLL. Francisco Lutteroth decided to give her the opportunity. She made her debut in CMLL on October 5, 2018 in Arena Mexico as La Avispa Dorada.
