Current Champion
Crazy King is the current champion. He defeated SHLAK, Ciclope & Miedo Extremo on December 14, 2017 in Arena Aficion - Pachuca, Hidalgo.
History of Championship
During November 9, 2007, Desastre Total Ultraviolento began a 1-night tournament to determine the first champion in the company. In the final match, Aeroboy defeated Radge and Violento Jack to became the first ever DTU Extreme Champion. In the DTU 3rd Anniversary Show, Zumbi beat Joe Lider in a Vale Todo match and was the new champion, but after in the night, Joe Lider defeated Zumbi in a re-match in a hardcore cage match and became new champion by second time in 1 day.
