Current Champion
Miedo Extremo is the current champion. He defeated GENTARO on November 17, 2016 at the Korakuen Hall in Bunkyo, Tokyo.
History of Championship
On January 30, 2014, it was announced that Japanese promotion Tenryu Project acquired the rights of the belt. The championship transferred to Pro Wrestling Heat Up after Tenryu Project closed.
