ZERO1 Mexico International Championship
The ZERO1 Mexico International Title is a professional wrestling championship promoted by Pro Wrestling ZERO1 Mexico, official filial promotion of Japanese Pro Wrestling ZERO1.
Current Champions
Sicodelico Jr. is the current champion. He was awarded the championship by ZERO1 Mexico on September 5, 2012.
History of Championship
In September of 2012, Pro Wrestling ZERO1 Mexico was created as an official subsidiary of Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling ZERO1. On September 5, 2012, ZERO1 Mexico announced through their official Facebook page that Sicodelico Jr. became the first ZERO1 Mexico International Champion. The ZERO1 Mexico International Championship was created from the old IPWA International Heavyweight Title, a championship promoted by International Pro Wrestling Alliance. Practically, ZERO1 Mexico is a renewed International Pro Wrestling Alliance, so much so in fact that ZERO1 Mexico promotes events in the same places that IPWA once did and also promotes their championship.
