Page name wise, [[El Hijo Del Santo]] is different from [[El Hijo del Santo]]. Databases are case specific, so if you want both, you need to set up a redirect (and a redirect to the actual page - redirects to redirects do not work.) It's probably best for you to always use Title Case (first letter in caps) for standardization purposes.
Note that the first letter of any page name is automatically capitalized.

Page name wise, El Hijo Del Santo is different from El Hijo del Santo. Databases are case specific, so if you want both, you need to set up a redirect (and a redirect to the actual page - redirects to redirects do not work.) It's probably best for you to always use Title Case (first letter in caps) for standardization purposes.
