The WWL World Heavyweight Title or "Campeonato Mundial de la WWL" in Spanish is a major championship promoted by World Wrestling League.

Mr. Big is the champion. He defeated Manny Ferno, Vassago and Payatronic in a Fatal 4 Way No-DQ Match with Savio Vega as Special Referee on January 28, 2017 in Cataño, Puerto Rico.

Monster Pain won a 25 Man Battle Royal defeating Bobby Lashley in April 21, 2013 during the live event "Idols of Wrestling"

On July 15, 2017, Mecha Wolf defeated Joseph Cruz "J.C." Navarro in a first contenders match and stole the WWL World Heavyweight Championship belt. He self-proclaimed himself as champion and since then carries the title in his foreign presentations. [1]
