Saltillo area wrestler who regularly appears on Arena Obreros del Progreso and Arena Pavillon del Norte. Recently turned on Chilanga Mask events. Tempestad, under the ring name Voto Guerrero, debuted in Arena Pavillon del Norte. Shortly after, he toured by two months around Coahuila.
