A tournament was held for the Occidente Tag Team Titles in spring 1958. The tournament is listed as starting on April 22 with eight teams. It's not mentioned again until May 13, where Enrique Villa & Monje Loco vs Adolfo Bonales & Al Amezcua is listed as the final. Villa & Loco are later referred to as the champions, but are not known to have defended the titles before they became vacant again.
