The Naucalpan Middleweight Championship was a wrestling championship specific to Arena Naucalpan. Arena Naucalpan is now the home building to IWRG, who at one time promoted an IWRG Middleweight title, The Naucalpan Middleweight Championships is probably inactive.

Known champions include:

  • El Alebrije - probably wrestling as "King Imperio" or "Máscara De Oro"
