Championship represents Metropolitan Promotions out of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. It was introduced on May 20, 2018 during the second anniversary show of Metropolitan Promotions. The inaugural championahip match was between Venus against Oyuki. The first Champion of that match was Venus.
