History of the Championship
On June 15, 2015, Promociones HUMO had a triangular match between Big Mama, Lady Maravilla, and Arumi to define the inaugural champion. Before the match started Reina del Sur was added as the fourth challenger. The winner and the first HUMO Women's Champion was Big Mama.
