Arena Cuautitlan Izcalli introduced their first women's title. In order to crown the first champion there was a 4 woman way match on July 14, 2018. The particpants who were announced were Diosa Quetzal, Zuka, Estrella Negra & a surprise luchadora who was Guerrera Ishtar. The winner and first champion was Diosa Quetzal.
