The NWA AJPW/PWF United National (UN) Heavyweight Championship (original) was created in October 1970 by NWA president Sam Muchnick.
1989.04.18 - Unifies Jumbo Tsuruta's NWA AJPW/PWF International Heavyweight Championship with Stan Hansen's AJPW PWF Heavyweight Championship to create The AJPW/PWF Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship. The NWA AJPW/PWF United National Heavyweight Championship is now part of The AJPW/PWF Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
