Former CMLL booker from August 1993 until ?. Identifiable by his tiger arm-sleeve (not pictured here) and super slow counts. Possibly the second ref in charge, behind Babe Richard, often the referee of record for major matches on the non-Friday shows.

There was no relation the wrestler The Spanish Red, that was a rumor generated by Dr. Alfonso Morales when he was the Spanish language commenter for the GLOW transmissions. Dr. Morales billed the Spanish Red as Tigre Hispano's daughter, but in reality they were not related at all.
