Was born in Chicago, but grew up in Mexico City, watching the likes of Tinieblas wrestle. Teamed with Sami Callihan for AULL shows. Worked for AAA as a protege of Octagon as Octagon Jr.
In May 2013 signed a developmental contract with WWE and became Kalisto. Formed a team with Sin Cara II called the Lucha Dragons. In Septemebr 2014 they captured the WWE NXT Tag Team Championship.
