Epitafio is the most recently known champion. He defeated Iron Love & Ángel Del Amor on December 9, 2012 in Arena Lopez Mateos.

Iron Love was listed as defending the heavyweight championship in Costa Rica on March 22, 2014. It's unclear if it was this championship, a different one, or a Costa Rica specific championship.

Sepulturero defeats Último Vampiro II in August 30, 2009 in a match to crown the first heavyweight champion of the promotion.
