While most box y lucha comissions try to discourage, there's no law against using a name someone else has already taken. With as many luchadores as there are and have been, there are some who've come to fame using the same name as an other. It can be a purposeful homage to the previous wrestler (as with Mistico using the name of Astro Boy), it could be someone recycling someone else's shortly used identity, or it can be a concidence of people operating seperately with the same idea.
