Hijo del Medico Asesino defended a FILL Heavyweight championship (defeating Magnus, Medico came in as champion) at the October 2011 Toryumon Mexico show
It looks like a very new belt, possibly one just made for the occasion. I don't recall any explanation of it or where it came from, and there's been no sign of it since he went to WWE. It looks like a different belt than the one for this title history: [File:FILLHEAVY RayoJr.jpg] [File:DSCF8442.jpg] and there's no known link other than the initials. I wouldn't list him as champion of this title, but a mention of this title would make sense.--thecubsfan (talk) 21:05, 27 November 2012 (UTC)
