Gran Hamada was the last recored champion, but title is assumed to be currently inactive and vacant.

History of Championship

After the UWA fell apart, the championship eventually ended up in Japan, and as part of the J-Crown Octuple Championship. After that championship was broken apart, the championship drifted to Michinoku Pro Wrestling in Japan.
