The Mexico State Heavyweight Championship or "Campeonato de Peso Completo (o Pesado) del Estado del México" in Spanish is a regional championship defended in Mexico State. It should not be confused with the Distrito Federal Heavyweight Championship. Championship is under the jurisdiction of the Estado de Mexico (Mexico State) Box Y Lucha commission

Calibos is the current champion. He won the title on March 6th, 2019 in Central de Abastos, Chicoloapan, Estado de Mexico

History of Championship

Black Kato was champion after winning a Battle Royal. He won the title on May 27th, 2017 in Domo de la Deportiva Ciudad Jardin, Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México.
